Delivery Information

Flower & Co Boutique offers same day delivery within Sydney Metropolitan Areas. 

All orders that are outside our 10 kilometer radius will need to be placed by 10am on the day of the delivery date. All orders that are within our 10 kilometer radius will need to be placed by 11am on the day of the delivery date. Same day delivery may be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed. 

These cut off times do not apply to busy Special Events including (but not limited to) Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas. Please read the terms and conditions for delivery cut off times for these days under the category of Special Events. 

Flower & Co Boutique guarantees all orders placed within the correct time frames will be delivered before 5.30pm to a business address and 7pm to a private residence. Flower & Co Boutique cannot guarantee specific delivery times for any orders, times may be requested however cannot be guaranteed. 

Flower & Co Boutique do not deliver on Sundays, except on busy/special event days including Mothers Day and Valentines day. 

We require a contact number for either the customer or the recipient for all deliveries. 

All prices exclude delivery and handling fees. Delivery prices start at $10.00 plus GST. 

Interstate & Overseas Deliveries 
Flower & Co Boutique have a worldwide network that deliver flowers and hampers within Australia and overseas. Please call us on (02) 8730 8402 and speak to our friendly team who will gladly assist with your enquiry.

Recipient "Not at Home" 
Flower & Co Boutique are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. If you are the customer, you must make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order form for delivery. 
  • If the courier deems the location to be a "safe" location the item will be left at the address provided. 
  • In these cases delivery will be deemed to have been made successfully. If the courier is unable to determine a safe location the item will be returned to Flower & Co Boutique where a time will need to be rearranged for delivery. 
  • Additional delivery charges will apply. 
If you do not want the order left at the address please ensure this information has been provided in the order form. 

Flower & Co Boutique will try their best to deliver any gift, but we do not guarantee the delivery of any product if circumstances where the recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift, the address provided is incorrect  and occupants are not at the location and customer/recipient do not respond to Flower & Co Boutique phone calls. 

Delivering Multiple Items 
Where an order is received requiring delivery of multiple items, delivery charges will be calculated per item.
